Chinese Returner Career Survey

I am currently a master student at University of Texas at Austin, TX. This survey is intended to collect primary data for an academic research project. The purpose is to study the career characteristics of Chinese returners. The term of 'Chinese returner' is refering to the group of highly educated Chinese who has studied oversea and has returned to China.
